• We are looking for top-tier experts to join us in researching next-generation semiconductor thin films at our urban Micro Foundry in the heart of Seoul

Eligibility Requirements

• Ph.D. in New Materials/Materials Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or other semiconductor-related engineering and science fields.
• Preferred: Candidates with domestic or international work experience in related roles, experience in semiconductor thin-film measurement and analysis, experience in circuit and system design using semiconductor thin-film materials, and proficiency in English.

Working Conditions

• Recruitment Period: Ongoing Recruitment
• Employment Type: Full-time (3-month probationary period)
• Working Days and Hours: 5 days a week, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (negotiable, 1 day off per month)

• For researchers from top-tier universities and research institutes domestically and internationally, the base salary can be up to 100 million KRW.
• Support for setting up semiconductor deposition equipment for individual research projects.
• Payment of job invention compensation, incentives, and stock options based on research outcomes.
• Support for overseas research activities (conference attendance and collaboration).
• Working hours (days) and methods are guaranteed to be as flexible as possible.
